POSITION

Customer Service Representative III   

DESCRIPTION

Focuses on customer satisfaction and supports departmental goals by accurately processing and responding to customers requests. This includes order processing, product information delivery, basic technical assistance to web-based resources, course enrollment and customer follow up. Assumes responsibility for special projects and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Promotes a professional image of Wilson Language Training through a customer centric approach to their work. 

JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Job Functions:

  • First response to customer inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, fax, mail and in person related to offered services, materials and available web based resources.
  • Ensure accurate and timely customer responses and follow-up.
  • Determine what information is best suited to customer request and when necessary make appropriate interdepartmental referrals.
  • Identify when exceptions are required and bring to attention of department point person or supervisor.
  • Continue and maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
  • Provide precise detail of each product line and corresponding materials including catalogue descriptions and pricing.
  • Process registration enrollment for professional development options offered.
  • Guide customers through all options of online course offerings and resources as well as assist customers who have trouble with course access.
  • Process orders and when necessary generate return authorization documentation.
  • Initiate customer communication related to account receivable balances.

Additional Job Functions:

  • Update customer records when new information is available.
  • Organize and file documents when necessary.
  • Assist with opening and distribution of interdepartmental mail.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Sit at a computer station continuously for long periods of time.
  • Work with and learn computer programs as implemented by Wilson Language Training.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally over the phone and in person.
SKILLS
  • High degree of comfort with Desktop Computer functions.
  • Basic Internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to reliably demonstrate all the skills and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative II position.
EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
  • At least 6 months of data entry or customer service experience.
  • Ability to reliably demonstrate all the skills and responsibilities of the Customer  Service Representative II position.
  • Exposure to Great Plains programs a plus
