Wilson Fundations^® Public Workshops

This full-day workshop provides the practice and guidance needed to effectively begin teaching the Fundations curriculum. At the completion of the program, attendees will be able to:

• Identify the skills and components of effective reading and spelling instruction
• Recognize how Fundations materials facilitate multisensory, interactive learning
• Practice the Fundations Activities for a particular Fundations Level
• Optimize the use of the Fundations Manual
• Determine the weekly schedule and prepare a lesson plan

This full-day workshop focuses on skills, materials, activities, and lesson planning of the Fundations Double Dose Lesson and how the Fundations Curriculum Based Measurement tool is used to monitor progress.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Fundations Level Workshop

Recommended: At least one year of experience using Fundations
